Reply which shot goes further, hitting down on a shot or picking it off the ground? Reply Looking for any of your videos that have to do with delofting the golf ball. Have this problem with both my irons and driver. I am not scooping the ball, my ball position is good, and I also am coming through with my shot. Clearly the head of my clubs is aiming up upon impact for some reason. Luckily I generate quite a bit of momentum and speed to hit the ball somewhat far to compensate for the loss of distance…however this leads to quite a bit of ball movement while in the air which is very frustrating. Reply New to golf I'm comfortable driving the ball but for the life of me I can't get irons really very well off the floor Reply Would this work for hybrids as well?? Reply Great Drill works a treat thanks alot 🙂 Reply This is best golf channel! Lots of help for my struggles! TY Reply Is there a different technique with, for example; a 3 wood off the deck? Or do you strike upwards or level? Reply I wish I would have seen this years ago. Reply Does this apply to wedge shots or strictly mid to high irons? Reply I have to try this! My Iron-shots are going higher than they're going far – and I absolutely can't hit a straight Wood, so Irons are all I got 🙂 Reply this is a simple but very effective tip , thankyou Reply i only watched this video this morning and when i played later on i put a mark in the turf with my tee then moved it back 4 inches and then took your advice , i won nearest the pin and also got the birdie , not bad for a 24 handicapper , soon to be much lower i think , thx again Reply you talk too much instead of going to actual demo . Boring lesson. Reply Thanks Pierce, I assume this will help with distance as I struggle with too much loft and am losing a lot of distance.Hope your flight home was okay Reply I've had a difficult time hitting my approach irons consistently over the last couple of days. After watching your video on the 3 things that great golfers do, I realized that hitting irons thin is not good. I'm excited about working on this. Thank you so much. Reply thx, going to try it Reply Tried your tip of placing a tee inches in front if the ball before striking today. What a difference! Cheers Reply Mate beautiful swing. The video on dynamic loft has already improved my pitching manyfolds! Thanks a lot!! Reply nice video, would this also apply to hybrids, I have found myself all of a sudden sweeping the golfball. Reply Great video, my question is what if you're hitting off a tee?? Do u still strike down? If so, how does the ball compress when it's a quarter inch up? Reply Hí Piers! Will try it today, tell Y tomorrow how it workt out for me! // Johnny Reply I'm looking forward to trying this the next time I am at the range. Hitting behind the ball is one of my many struggles. Reply This is amazing I have lowered my handicap by 6 shots because of watching this video!!!! Reply I have the same problem with sex. It's remarkable how often I end up in her pooper. Reply I just finished reading these golf swing secrets “Jοmtοnο Naha” (Google it) last week before going out and putting the exercises to the test. I never imagined that after playing for 3 decades, my swinging ability can still be improved. The drills have helped with small details I had never paid much attention to. Reply nothing like hitting a pure iron shot and having that ball stick on the green from 150+ yards out. Better than sex. Reply This drill is the best drill & it gives me the results I want. I've been using it for three years. I can play whole rounds like this. If you want to hit down at the ball and if you want to avoid "chunking, chili dipping, hitting it fat", this is the drill for you. I do this on the course also, but I don't use a tee; I just focus on a spot four inches in front of the ball. This works. Reply Would I not be more inclined to top the ball? Reply Hitting in the simulator today with my 8 iron I tried focusing a few inches in front of the ball and found I was getting better distance and consistency .I came home and googled this method and stumbled onto this video.I try it again next time I am hitting balls but so far so good.
