Christiaan Bezuidenhout shot a closing 69 to win the 2020 South African Open by five strokes and collected his second title in as many weeks.

The European Tour’s three-week South African Swing comes to an end with the 2020 South African Open Championship. Christiaan Bezuidenhout will be looking to make it a home grown treble when he gets under way at this week’s 2020 South African Open. The home favourite made his European Tour debut at this event seven years ago and last week he won his second title at the Alfred Dunhill Championship. Having won the Dimension Data Pro-Am earlier this year, he has won two of the great South African championships and will be looking to make it a hat-trick at Gary Player Country Club. Meanwhile, fellow South African Dylan Frittelli returns to home soil just weeks after his top five finish at the Masters Tournament.
